At roughly a third of a square kilometre, Wareemba is one of the smallest suburbs in Sydney and you can walk the length of it in a few minutes. The size does not make the work any simpler, because it sits on Hen and Chicken Bay and the salt reaches every street in it.
We cover all of Wareemba in the 2046 postcode and the immediately adjoining streets in Abbotsford, Chiswick, Russell Lea, Five Dock and the Concord side. The whole area is a short run for us and we are usually through here several times a week.
Wareemba was part of Abbotsford until 1993 and shares its housing stock, which is largely Federation and interwar bungalows on compact blocks with narrow side setbacks.
Side setbacks on these blocks are narrow and a lot of them have a fence, a garden bed or a rainwater tank in the way. It is worth having a look at whether we can physically reach the shutter before you book, particularly for a side or rear window. If access is tight, let us know and we will plan the job around it rather than turning up and finding we cannot get a ladder in.
