Isaacs sits on the higher southern edge of the Woden Valley, and the cold settles in properly here. Frost on the guide rails most mornings from May onward is ordinary for this part of Canberra, and it is that repeated freeze and thaw, rather than daily use, that accounts for most of the repairs we are called out to do.
