Most Glenhaven properties have more than one roller shutter, and often quite a few. Large homes on large blocks in the 2156 postcode tend to have shutters across the western elevation, the bedrooms and sometimes an outbuilding as well, all fitted at the same time and now all ageing at the same rate.
We cover the whole of Glenhaven and the surrounding Hills District, including Castle Hill, Round Corner, Dural, Kenthurst, Annangrove and Baulkham Hills. It is an area we are in constantly, so scheduling a visit here is rarely difficult even at the busy end of the year.
The blocks are generous and heavily planted, and the homes were built with large windows facing west. Both of those things are hard on shutter hardware over a couple of decades of use.
Where a property has six or eight shutters of the same age, it makes far more sense to have them all assessed in one visit than to call us out each time one plays up. We can go through the lot, tell you which need work now, which need parts ordered and which are fine for another few years, and you get a plan rather than a series of surprises. Doing that once before summer is the single most useful thing an owner here can arrange.
