Denham Court is in the middle of changing. Historically this was rural land on the south western edge of Sydney, and while the acreage properties are still here, new estate housing has arrived right up against them. We end up working on two very different kinds of property inside the same 2565 postcode on the same day.
We cover all of Denham Court, both the established larger holdings and the newer estates, and take in Edmondson Park, Bardia, Leppington, Ingleburn and Varroville on the same run. The south western growth corridor is well within our normal service area.
What the older and newer properties here share is exposure. There is very little mature tree cover across much of the area, and walls take the full afternoon sun and the full force of a westerly with nothing in between.
On a larger block the shutters are often spread across a house, a granny flat and a shed, all installed at different times by different people. It is worth having the lot assessed together rather than one at a time. We can walk the property, note what state each unit is in, and give you a clear picture of what needs doing now and what can wait.
