Cumberland covers a lot of ground and a lot of different housing. The council area runs from Lidcombe and Auburn in the east through Granville, Guildford and Merrylands to Wentworthville, Greystanes and Pendle Hill in the west, and a shutter in an interwar cottage in one of those suburbs has almost nothing in common with one on a new Merrylands apartment.
We service the whole Cumberland area, including Auburn, Berala, Lidcombe, Regents Park, Granville, South Granville, Merrylands, Guildford, Old Guildford, Yennora, Woodpark, Wentworthville, Westmead, Girraween, Pendle Hill, Toongabbie, Greystanes and Pemulwuy. Wherever you are in the council area, you are inside our regular run.
The one thing every part of Cumberland shares is the climate. This is genuine western Sydney weather, hotter than the coast through summer and dusty on a westerly, and that drives most of what fails here regardless of what the house is made of.
Because Cumberland spans everything from Federation and interwar cottages to 1960s brick, walk-up flats and brand new apartment towers, we do not turn up with one approach. Tell us the suburb and roughly when the house was built when you call, and we will bring the right parts and access equipment for that kind of property. It saves a second visit, which on an area this size makes a real difference to how quickly we get to you.
