Catherine Field is one of the closest suburbs to our south western Sydney base, so we are through here constantly and we know the estates and the older rural pockets equally well. That proximity is the practical difference for anyone booking a repair. There is very little travel involved, which makes it easy for us to fit a job in and easy to come back if a part has to be ordered.

Streets in the newer releases are not always mapped correctly, so a cross street or a nearby landmark helps when you book.
Most of the shutters here are recent, fitted to new estate housing with wide glazing and very little shade. Age is rarely the cause of a fault out this way.
Catherine Field still has rural land alongside the new releases, and the two need different things from us. Estate homes are usually a matter of guides, controls and motors. On the acreage properties the bigger job is often the shed or the workshop, where a roller door has been left to seize up because nobody uses that end of the building often. If you have both, list everything when you call and we will look at the lot in one visit rather than making two trips.
