Burwood functions like a small city centre, with a dense retail and apartment core around the station and quieter residential streets running out from it. We do both kinds of work here. Ground floor units and houses on the streets closest to the centre get more foot traffic past them at night than the rest of Burwood, and a shutter that does not close fully is the thing most people notice first. If yours stops short, sits loose in the guides, or can be lifted by hand, the fault is usually in the end locks or the bottom rail rather than in the motor. That is a straightforward repair and it is worth doing rather than living with.
