Annangrove is acreage country. Blocks run to several hectares in places, houses sit well back from the road, and there is often as much shutter hardware on the sheds and outbuildings as there is on the house. That changes what a service call looks like compared with a suburban street elsewhere in the Hills.
We cover Annangrove across the 2156 postcode and the rural pockets around it, taking in Kenthurst, Glenhaven, Rouse Hill and the Box Hill boundary on the same run. Because properties are spread out, we prefer to book a window rather than a fixed time, and we will call ahead when we are close.
Homes here are large, mostly newer brick and rendered builds on open land, with wide window spans and very little shelter from wind.
A lot of our Annangrove work is not on the house at all. Roller doors on machinery sheds, workshops and detached garages take more abuse than anything fitted to a home, and they tend to be ignored until they stop moving altogether. If you are booking us for the house, walk the property first and give us the full list. One visit covering everything beats having us back out for a shed door a fortnight later.
